The D.C. Generals Police and Fire Football Team is gearing up for the upcoming 2010 season. Practices have begun for the players with a host of new faces as well as a large number of returning players coming out to do battle on the gridiron. Players and Coaches alike have high expectation for this year of not only dominating the competition, but also raising large amounts of money for the teams respected charities. The DC Generals would like to thank the Riverdale Baptist Church http://www.riverdaleministries.org/ in Largo, Maryland for graciously donating its practice facility to the charity football team. Practices are held every Saturday from 12-4 pm at the Church Campus.
